Service Description
On the outside, it can seem like a sore back and stiff neck would just need a good deep-tissue massage but with our year's experience, we understand certain factors can lead to you feeling the way you are feeling, and needing to book this massage. As it is the first time we are meeting, we like to treat the first session as a trust-building session. We like to understand you as you are, your current day-to-day routines, the treatments you've had in the past that had worked and not worked, and your version of living in better health. We will also chat over your concerns, including everyday routines and one-off events that could contribute to the concern. After assessment, we get your consent to proceed with an agreed treatment plan for the session. Then your 1hr massage treatment begins. After your massage, we will have a chat to see how you are feeling, and when needed, make some recommendations to help your body continue the healing process the massage session has started. We need a minimal space of 2 metres x 1.5 metres to effectively complete your treatment. We arrive bringing our massage table, towels, bolsters, oils, music, and other resources we feel would add value to your session. We leave packing everything up and return you to your day or night, in better health.
Cancellation Policy
We understand when life happens, life happens! We will do our best to help you keep on your In Better Health journey, we ask if you could please help us by the following: If you need to cancel or reschedule your massage appointment, please contact us ASAP by calling/SMS 0433386539. If we miss your call please leave a voice message and SMS that you called so we know you've done what you can on your end. To help us keep the massage operating smoothly, we ask all cancellations or rescheduling of appointments be made no later than 18hrs your scheduled start time. This will help us offer your appointment time to people on the waiting list in a timely manner. No-Show If we do not hear from you at all, we unfortunately will send you an invoice for the full price of the booking missed. This will need to be paid before you can book your next appointment. Emergencies We do understand that emergencies happen. If you are sick the morning of your appointment, or an unexpected urgent matter needs attending to, please contact us ASAP on 0433386539 to avoid a late notice fee of $90 or no show full fee being invoiced to you. If you forget your appointment, or running late, give us a call ASAP. If there are no bookings after you, we may be able to start a little bit later or change your booking to a shorter appointment (for we understand that life doesn't always go according to plan).
