Our Why

​

In Better Health was established with a vision of improving our communities' physical, mental and spiritual health by

providing high-quality remedial massage and therapeutic care that is affordable enough for each individual of the community to regularly receive.

In NSW, only 56.3% of people aged 15 years and over considered themselves to be in excellent or very good health (Australian Bureau of Statistics, 2019).  Our mission is to help get more people living and having excellent health.

We love and support our active and athletic members, setting great examples of daily healthy living. 

​

We also commit to support and provide remedial massage and therapeutic care for those experiencing mental health conditions, back problems, arthritis, injuries, and other disabling factors. While massage care is not available for all health conditions, we strive to help you get the best care where possible.
